Victoria Holmén Carlberg / Emma Dahlgren
Logistics, Ettiketto, ÅtvidabergAt Ettiketto's factory in Åtvidaberg, Victoria Holmén Carlberg and Emma Dahlgren work with unloading finished labels and much more. They pack what finished products from the production line, or collect input products that are stored on behalf of customers. They go through call-offs with the inside sales team, book transport and make sure the delivery papers are ready before it is time to unload. The work at the computer is interspersed with packing, picking and driving forklifts.
Emma joined Ettiketto five years ago, working in production for about a year before taking on her current role.
I really like that it's such a varied and mobile job. I enjoy the physical work and like to take responsibility for solving all the challenges that arise. Working with Victoria is also something I really appreciate. There's not much we can't solve together!
Victoria, who has worked in retail for many years, joined Ettiketto more or less by chance about two years ago.
I wanted to try something different and I really didn't know what I was getting into when I was invited to come here. But it's been great and I've really learnt a lot!
What do the girls think makes Ettiketto such a great place to work?
The fact that you have the trust and confidence of your colleagues and managers - that's usually a good sign that it's a good place to work! Here you are allowed to take on responsibility and if you show up and say you need help, you will get it.
There is a real sense that the company cares about making everyone feel good. It's the little things that make a difference and show you care - like Easter sweets, cinnamon buns and Christmas decorations. The staff club and all the activities they organise are also very much appreciated. They really help to bring people together!
